This is a mini engine with an air-cooled cooling system and a carburetor with adjustable speed.  It is made of brass and stainless steel. The bore is 13MM. The stroke is 12MM. Thecarburetor with adjustable speed is used. The ignition is powered by 1.5V power supply and 1/4-32 thread spark plug.

Its starting can be divided into two ways: external force(electric drill)and manual starting.

Features:

Engine Startup Steps:

1.Check the wiring of the engine from the board, connect the fuel tankpipeline, and install a No 5 battery(. 5v).

2.Use gasoline(95=)to fill the fuel tank. After the filling is completedturn the flywheel clockwise on the right side of the engine(power switchsurface) for many turns. No air can be generated.

3.Turn on the power switch and quickly rotate the flywheel clockwise onthe right side of the engine(power switch surface)to start the engine.

4. Lubrication method: Lubricating oil of no more than 4ML can be added to the crankcase to ensure splash lubrication of the crankshaft.

5.Fuel and consumption: The fuel tank capacity is about 15ML. The engine can use gasoline and aviation kerosene. The engine needs to add 4% lubricating oil when fueling.

Precautions:

1.If the ignition device is normal and the cylinder compression is normalif the machine cannot start normally, it is very likely that the carburetor oilneedle needs to be adiusted.

2.After tightening the main oil needle on the carburetor, loosen 1/4 turand start the flywheel, so that the mixing ratio of gasoline and air canreach the normal working mixing ratio.

3. When the machine stops, the power switch should be turned off.

4. If the engine has no compression, it should be because foreign matter has entered the engine, which prevents the valve from closing normally.


There are the following methods to try to solve this problem.

  • Put a few drops of lubricant on the carburetor. Rotate the engine for a while, the foreign matter will be discharged under the action of the lubricating oil, and the cylinder pressure will be restored.
  • Rotate the engine for a while, and discharge foreign objects by rotating.
  • Remove the cylinder head. There may be foreign matter on the valve, which will cause the valve to not close properly. So check the foreign matter on the valve and restore the cylinder pressure after cleaning.
  • The valve timing gear may be caused by disorder.
